I’m a product manager who loves turning complex ideas into powerful, data-driven tools. I geek out over data visualization, operational efficiency, and anything that helps people make smarter decisions. Most recently, I led the development of clinical decision-support technology for therapists—taking it from concept to acquisition in just 18 months. Before that, I built platform tools for engineers and product teams at Twitter. Earlier in my career, I used data science to create investment insight tools for hedge fund managers.

  • Eliza is an AI-backed clinical decision support platform for therapists. I was responsible for product development, go-to-market, customer research, sales, marketing and selected ops.

    • As a founder at Eliza, I led product functions taking us from concept to acquisition in 18 months.

    • Led product data science efforts, including implementing observation tools (PostHog), designing behavioral data structures, conducting analysis, developing hypotheses, and monitoring key metrics.

    • Developed core data assets and AI methodologies for clinical decision support.

  • At Twitter I was responsible for finding critical failure points in internal engineering ways of working, and developing product and process recommendations around prioritization and holistic remedies, and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of interventions.

    • Collaborated directly with executive leadership to drive efficiency across engineering units, impacting ~2,500 engineers and supporting $6B in ARR growth targets

    • Built and deployed an internal process to define customer requirements, use cases, and cultural adoption barriers to internal engineering products.

    • Aligned work with Twitter’s engineering productivity KR, improving productivity by ~35%

    • Managed the work of an internal product research team carrying out data science, systems modeling, qualitative customer feedback, and product policy development.

    • Drove product research and recommendations with Twitter’s Red Team which owned stress-testing high risk decisions like creating monetization pathways for adult content creators.

  • Lake Partners - a strategy consulting firm in Seattle - was tasked with building out a data science division in partnership with a hedge fund based in Manhattan.

    • Worked cross-functionally with hedge fund managers to tailor data products to investment workflows.

    • Defined and executed a 2-year roadmap for data product development, aligning with fund strategy goals.

    • Automated key investment research processes, cutting manual data analysis time by ~50%.

    • The hedge fund saw a 12% increase in portfolio returns attributed to data-driven insights generated by the models.
